Simon Elms, Chief Financial Officer

Simon has over 14 years experience in running the finance function of several diverse businesses. He moved into industry shortly after qualifying with PwC in 1994. He spent two years at Ciba Specialty Chemicals overseeing the de-merger of that business from its pharmaceutical arm – Novartis and managing the centralization of its accounts function. Since 1997 Simon has worked within the Entertainment and Media Industry. He was a formative director of Video Game developer, Warthog plc, growing the business to a successful floatation in February 2001. He has presided over numerous corporate reconstructions, mergers, acquisitions, IPO's and trade sales and holds experience at Board level on several listed companies.
