Before joining Image Metrics, Mike was acting as an executive advisor for a number of private equity firms and technology companies. He has broad experience in growing technology companies, both in terms of managing the organizations and providing vision for the technology. He was a Technology Partner at the Sprout Group, a venture capital fund. Prior to that, he was CTO of Gemstar-TVGuide, and held various senior management positions at Advantix, Inc, Outpost.com, and America Online.

Prior to founding Saffron Hill Ventures, Ranjeet worked as an Adviser to the Chairman of Loot where he advised an e-commerce strategy and investment in a venture capital capacity for Lord Rothschild, evaluating technology venture opportunities. While at Loot, he worked closely with business partners and financiers to structure Loot's strategy and financed requirements in preparation for sale. From 1993 to 1996, Ranjeet worked as a consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton and at Dyncorp-Meridian in Washington D.C.

Originally a doctor, David Landau co-founded LOOT (London's free ads paper) in 1985. Over the course of the next 15 years, David presided over the company's success and growth into one of largest companies of its kind in the world. He served as Joint Managing Director of the company from 1985-1995 and as Chairman from 1995 to 2000. In July 2000, Loot was sold to the directory company Scoot.com.

Dave Rolston brings more than 35 years of technology experience to Image Metrics. His experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, applications, and technologies including extensive involvement in simulation and training, graphics applications, imagery, gaming, artificial intelligence, entertainment, and early versions of the Internet. Before starting his own company - Forterra - he held a variety of high-level positions in well-known technology companies, including VP of Engineering for ATI, CEO of Multigen-Paradigm, and GM of Silicon Graphic's Advanced Graphics Division.

An entertainment and video games veteran of almost three decades standing (having worked in the film, broadcast television, and music sectors for a number of household names including RCA and NBC), Harry Rubin entered the video games market in 1993 when he became Executive VP for GT Interactive Software Corp. For the following twelve years Harry played a major part in GT's progression as the company joined forces with Infogrames and eventually became the Atari Corporation (where Harry held the roles of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer).

Mika is the President of Global Digital Media for MTV Networks. In this role, he works across MTVN’s growing portfolio of multiplatform brands to further develop and implement the company’s strategy of building an engaging universe of music, games, entertainment, networking and interactivity for its communities of targeted audiences. Prior to MTV, Mika founded AtomFilms, which focused on discovering, creating, and enabling new entertainment formats, and marketing and distributing them to a broad array of distribution channels.

Dr. Walker is an experienced computer scientist and software engineer with an extensive background in computer vision and its application to both animation and medical domains. His work is internationally recognized and was awarded the National Computing Prize. Dr. Walker has developed many technologies and applications used for the automatic creation and animation of digital characters.
