Ranjeet Bhatia, Director

Prior to co-founding Saffron Hill Ventures, Ranjeet worked as Advisor to the Chairman of Loot Ltd. where he advised on e-commerce strategy and investment and in a venture capital capacity for Lord Rothschild, evaluating technology venture opportunities. While at Loot, he worked closely with business partners and financiers to structure Loot's strategic and financial requirements prior to sale. Ranjeet serves on the boards of Saffron Hill, Fotochatter, Getit Infomediary, Marrone Organic Innovations, Optasia Medical, and Organic Bouquet.

Ranjeet was born in Washington DC and holds dual US and UK citizenship. He graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Environmental Science, later earning an MBA from UCLA, and an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University (SAIS).
